Usually a five star experience, but it was different and not as enjoyable with the Covid restrictions. Couldnt sleep one night due to heat turning on and radiator in the room sounded like a broken fan. Front desk was indifferent to the issue stating the hotel is old. Did provide a refund of resort fee for the inconvenience however which was appreciated.
