The best resort in Cuba! wanting to summarize the experience lived in this beautiful place. I state that I work in the same area and it is difficult to feel on holiday doing the same job. But believe me Mr. Reynaldo Leon is a professional of excellent quality and made us live 2 unforgettable weeks !, thanks to the really impeccable organization, the multiplicity of services offered and the gentle kindness that distinguishes him. The star of the resort is Mr. Gennaro Saved The Main Chef, a very Italian who delighted the stay of all of us guests, of Italians we were only 6, with all sorts of delicacies. To underline his professionalism in managing all the cuisine of this resort for which I would give not 5 but 10 stars. I observed the smile that always accompanies him and the respect that all the staff of the resort give him. Large room, with a view of a sea that is nothing short of wonderful and very clean. But this cleanliness extends to all common spaces and is the first time while attending all 5-star resorts in Cuba, that I see everything clean, even everything, even the windows! The bathrooms in the common areas were always clean and fragrant. We will become regular customers and with pleasure we will be back next year
