I wish I could give reviews to each department separately but I can t so... overall it s extremely overpriced. The lobby and view are gorgeous but walk down one of the creepy dark hallways and into a room it s outdated. Most of the time their service is spectacular. The spa is amazing. We were a little disappointed last time we were there for an event and they wouldn t even steam/iron the EXTREMELY wrinkled table cloths (they did bring me a 5$ iron to do it myself that broke before I was even half way through). The food is fine, it doesn t matter if you re at the bar or eating their catering it s all the same.
