Avoid this company by all means. Once embarked, and for half an hour before taking off, and twenty minutes after landing, the air conditioning did not work, reaching more than 35 degrees inside the plane. The flight attendant told us it was to save fuel. Of shame.

You can book online from your mobile phone at the agency and save 10 euros. You can pay in lei or euro at a course very close to the bnr course.

It is inadmissible to pay the commission of the company from which you buy the ticket. I did not want to pay a 15 euro commission to Vola.ro so I went to Tarom agency where I was charged 20 euros over the ticket price.

You wait 2 hours on the phone, no one answers your email, I have been waiting for 70 days for a refund (I was told that in a maximum of 45 days, after the days have passed, I was told in 3 days and now in 90 days)

If you want to go back in time, I recommend a visit to the agency

High prices in the agency compared to online. They will not help you make online reservations to meet you.
