I spend a night here in 2014, and it was great. The room was comfort and the facilities are amongst the best in Bali.

However, on our last-day-of-2019 holiday, I wanted my family to see how amazing RIMBA is, so we went to the To'ge Restaurant. We ordered kids menu for my daughter and 3 simple drinks.... what happened? For about an hour we asked 4 restaurant members, but no drinks came. Our patience grow thin, and we left with our thirst and just payed the kid menu.

I mean, for a respected 5* hotel, why did they fail to make 3 simple drinks?

Facilities are amazing, room is great, but service needs a major upgrade
