When you have a problem you can not get in touch with anyone. Everything is voice mail or email. They ask for $29.99 a year.... for WHAT?

It is a program that is really run by us.....the people putting the caches out and maintaining them, which is not HQ. So for the $29.99 you would at least expect someone to answer the phone. For this reason I would not recommend membership.
