I always request a car wash when I get my car serviced. This is the second or third visit, where I picked up my car and my car was not washed. When I arrived to pick up my car the representative was sitting the back talking to other employees. He never called my car up and he did not charge me for services. He never greeted me or spoke to me in person while I was there. There was no customers in the office at this time. I had to request help from someone else at the front. Terrible customer service. This is why I stopped coming here.
