This is the 2nd time I am staying at this hotel this year. The convenience to Heathrow is the ONLY plus and rest are way below rest of Hilton family of hotels in terms of service (attitude!?) like nobody is happy working here, and the room's heating/AC is always broken. Last time I was here I had room changed, because it was malfunctioning, and the 2nd room still had problem and they brought in portable heater. This time, the thermostat doesn't even work, and they say the only way to change temp is through calling the engineer. When you call for service, nobody answers, you have to keep trying...like 10min each time. Finally you get someone and they tell the engineer to adjust temperature. If room is too hot and like being in tropics, they bring down the temperature and then a few hours later, it becomes too cold. then call again to increase temperature...then it gets too hot. I can understand this if it's a cheap hotel, but this is about $300/night. I wanted to switch hotel, but unfortunately for the duration of my stay nothing was available last minute. This is a joke! I come to London a lot, but next time I'd sacrifice the convenience from the airport and staying somewhere nicer. Giving one start for Heathrow Express access. Executive Lounge is not that great either.
