Several customers continue to receive outrageous water bills and nothing is being done about it. #NOACCOUNTABILITY It is obvious that some of your meter readers are reading the meters wrong. My parents that have lived at their home for over 20 years recently received a bill that makes absolutely no sense. My sister and her husband have checked their home for leaks and of course, no leaks. Not an isolated issue. Many of your customers have posted their complaints online regarding their outrageous water bills. Conduct an internal review and find out what the heck is going on?!?

**Update***Ever since they changed my parents meter reader, their bills have decreased significantly. Coincidence, I think not! No refund or courtesy credit has been offered for the human errors. Just their typical attitude #DEALWITHIT
