Stayed here the second week of August 2020. Certainly understand the challenges of running a hotel during Covid but this does not excuse the lack of communication when making a reservation. There should be clear communication what amenities are operating and what is shut down. Also, if you are building another wing and people come to enjoy your views and walking your grounds this should be disclosed. Was not interested in seeing a construction site. Lack of communication and reasonable disclosures should be a bare minimum, even in these tough times. Take the time to care about your clientele and their experience.

FYI, getting a reservation was very difficult in their one restaurant and getting coffee in the morning from the coffee shop was north of a 30 minute wait.

Was looking forward to staying here and I left feeling duped and cheated.

Gentlemen at the front desk was excellent and very helpful. Views are fantastic ( looking away from the construction site). I imagine this is a beautiful hotel and a wonderful place to stay when all is normal .
