The check-in experience was very poor. When we checked in, the front desk was very slow. What was even more disappointing was that we lost or accurately stole a very expensive diamond stud earring at the hotel. After we got married in alila I lived in the rimba hotel, but I was infected with a cold. I spent almost three days sleeping alone at the hotel. The next day I saw my earrings in my bag.
