On Saturday May 26th we missed our plane due to a display problem on your part. We arrived at 3:40 p.m. at the airport for a departure at 6:05 p.m. ... A departure at 6:05 p.m. Do you find it normal that at 5:50 p.m. (door closing time) people do not know how to answer us?
