I thought living a few blocks from Precision Harle...

I thought living a few blocks from Precision Harley would be very convenient but it certainly hasn't been. The service department's customer service needs help badly. Went today to get an inspection sticker and was told the guy that handles the inspections went on a test ride. I waited about 20 minutes and finally left. If this was an isolated incident I wouldn't be as upset but it's not.

Called to have two tires put on with a few other maintenance issues fixed. Service department was fast and efficient also on pickup service tech came out to explain a few things that were done .The bike was washed and cleaned great job

I was an employee for Precision Harley for 7 years. I have nothing but love and respect for Richie, Allen, Anneke, Scott, Bruce, John, Lincoln and all the amazing co-workers I had over the years. I will always believe they are the best damn dealership in New England and I will continue to show my undying support for them whenever possibe.

[update] don't go here for service. They won't install tires unless you buy the tires through them. 100% scam, any decent shop will help you out and install them.... Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

They advertised jobs for sales positions and more on social media. Great big promotion. We re Hiring! Stop in! When I showed up no one could be bothered to meet with me or schedule an interview. I was passed around from one disinterested sales staff member to the next. Finally got someone to take my CV and even that seemed to be a bother. Very unprofessional and discourteous. Wasted my time on a completely obnoxious level.

I just left Precision Harley. Holly was incredibly helpful. I'm buying my first Harley and she was easy going show me the things I wanted to see within my price range. And when I do decide on the bike that I want I will be buying it from this location

this place does nt deserve any stars...i gotta say one thing about this dealership. RUDE!..this place is a joke and i kept going back to buy parts or get my bike serviced! i have never ever met so many rude and obnoxious people under one roof , they treat you like you are nothing to them, they think they are some bad ass bikers working behind the counters,and this women in parts department is the worse of the worse! i live near by and saves me time to go elsewhere ,but not anymore! i plan on buying a new bike this coming spring and sure as hell will not be from Precision Harley!

Recently purchased a new bike and came back for 1,...

Recently purchased a new bike and came back for 1,000 mile service and performance upgrades.

All the sales staff were great especially Tom Casey. Worked with them in person, over the phone, via text and off hours. They also helped me get a good and fair deal.

The service department deserves credit as they went above and beyond to help with damage I incurred on a new bike. Samantha genuinely cares about her customers.

Everyone knows Allen in parts is the man. But his colleagues are also very helpful.

This dealership despite being for down to earth Harley riders is more akin to a luxury car brand.

Recently had my 06 Dyna wide glide in for repairs....

Recently had my 06 Dyna wide glide in for repairs. Was told they were behind and wouldn't be able to look at my bike for 30 days. Called back within 12 days to find out it was already finished and repaired. Fast and dependable service. Ritchie and the service staff were very knowledgeable and courteous to my needs. Recommended

I recently had some repairs done to my bike and I just want to say the manager Rickie was an amazing guy and took care of the bike like it was his own. The mechanic Victor is one tough dude. He worked nonstop to repair my bike so I could take it home that evening. A lot of other people would have just called it a day but he and Rickie made sure that I was able to enjoy my bike again. This is the place to go.

I went there to buy oil for my bike. I got the oil, stood at the counter and waited almost 10 minutes for Gabe to finish talking to a guy that wasn't buying anything anyway. When he finally got off the phone he went to the back to stuff his face and when he came out he got back on the phone to call someone else! I will never go to Precision Harley-Davidson again. You blew it Gabe, it would have taken 2 minutes for me to buy my oil instead I have to go to Ocean State Harley-Davidson where they know how to treat customers especially cash-paying customers

2007 Dyna with less than 6900 miles/one owner. I did not buy the extended warranty. Had an oil leak the next morning (small about a quarter size). They wouldn't cover it. The salesman, Jay, helpful was in finding the deal.

DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP, AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO NEVER COME HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO PRECISION HARLEY DAVIDSON!
I worked there for not even two weeks, and they fired me, on my own time, not company time. I told them when they hired me that I am a car mechanic not a bike mechanic, but i do have my motorcycle license, and i told them I am willing to learn if they teach me. I was completely upfront and true with them when i told them about my technical abilities, so they hired me knowing this.... Now all the other mechanics said i was doing very well and learning well. Well one day after work the owner asked to talk to me, so i went back inside and the owner and the service manager brought me in the back room, and pretty much called me stupid and said it "wasnt going to work out, because the learning curve was too slow." Now how can you judge an employee who is trying to learn and you fire them within two weeks of being hired? He didnt even give me a month to show him what I could do. Very unprofessional if you ask me, when I told them at the interview, "I am a car mechanic, not a bike mechanic, ive done basic work on my own bikes in the past but nothing major, but I am willing to try hard and learn whatever they would teach me."
The owner is a horrible person. In the short time that i worked there hey would say some terrible things about people. One day there was a man in the showroom with his son who had Downs Syndrome looking at bikes, well later on when the customer left he said to another mecahnic and myself, "They should drown people with Downs Syndrome and other "retards" so that they will not be a burden to society and their families" and then proceeded to laugh and say alot of other worse things which I do not feel comfortable repeating because they were so horrible. He is a terrible man and very very cheap, do not let him fool you!
SO YEAH, DO NOT GOTO PRECISION HARLEY in Pawtucket! If you are reading this tell everyone you know about my story!

Just got back from Precision. My husband and I were in the store over a half hour and not ONE sales person said hello or can we help you. No acknowledgement what so ever. We were there to purchase helmets and jackets but do to the rudeness we left. There loss for no sale! Never again

Awesome staff and great selection of new and used motorcycles. The man showing us around went out of his way to help us see our options, even dealing with a rude customer who interrupted us, with utmost courtesy.

Gotta say that they really do care about motorcycl...

Gotta say that they really do care about motorcycles and people in general. The Mechanics over there put there hearts into servicing motorcycle as they would do to there own motorcycle. And not to forget the girl who picks up the call, by far the most beyond helpful person working there. Her is name is Samantha.

The story behind this review:

I own a Triumph Bonneville T100 and got stalled out in the rain close to Precision Harley. I was helpless for about an hour. But when i called them for some help, they openly welcomed to check my bike out even tho it wasn't a Harley bike. Samantha and there Mechanics did there best to help me and my bike out by staying up after closing hrs. Which in my book is extraordinarily helpful. The people at this service were very kind and understanding. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I received a nice letter from the front desk service representative, along with a software update cd disk, which did work. The follow up that this company has provided to remedy a poor situation has prompted me to upgrade my review. I am impressed with the thoroughness to correct a bad situation. I think the company was proactive in handling this situation and I hope they continue to provide excellent customer service.

I went from never wanting to return here to a state of mind that, yes, I probably will return to this dealership. They did an outstanding job to fix a mistake.

I received a call from one of the partners of the dealership around 8PM last night. He apologized for the experience that I had with his dealership. To have him reach out to me was the right move.

Hopefully, this has been a learning experience and maybe all members in the service department and every department, for that matter, will open the lines of communication. Communication is extremely important in any type of industry, and it's a very powerful tool. The choice of words is also very important, which is what prompted my onslaught on the social media platform in the first place.

I like to think that with technology evolving the way it is, it is extremely important how you conduct yourself, because there's so many outlets and the public is better informed now than they ever were before.

Thank you, Jim, for reaching out to me to resolve this matter.

Horrible service department! I called to see if they had the software update for the Harman Kardon stereo and spoke with Rob. He said they do and I asked if there was going to be a charge for it and he replied, no. As it should be. I was going to borrow the CD and do the update in the parking lot myself.

My buddy and I drove an hour to get here and it was a perfect day for a ride. Everything was perfect. Then I approached the service department and this girl at the front desk was skirting around the issue that now they wanted to charge me for a BURNED CD with a firmware update. You can download the software, but I have a Mac so it makes it more difficult. And I ride to Harley on occasion. It's fun.

What annoyed me the most, she kept trying to use the phrase, "sir, think about the big picture." Well, now I am thinking about the big picture and Customer Service is the Number 1 Rule. Also, WORD OF MOUTH ADVERTISING is the best form of advertising. So, anyone interested in a better service department experience, bigger showroom, a lot of people, but it doesn't feel cramped then go to Russ' Ocean State Harley-Davidson. The owner still greets everyone that walks in. They have a nice lounge area and it's only about 20 minutes from this POS.

This girl came out while I was working on the software update trying to justify her wanting to charge me a fee and I couldn't help but feel like I just wanted her to walk away. She overstayed her welcome.

This review is the "big picture" for that front desk girl at the service department. Do you understand where I'm coming from, Allen? She kept saying that to him, too. Ugh! Never again!

What's nice about this. Not only did she lose my business, but she lost my buddy's business too, who witnessed everything and it's absurdness. Over a burned CD with a downloaded software update. Come on! That's the big picture.

I've been there a few times and was always treated with the utmost respect. As for the bad reviews, I believe that the M's that are circled are all the same Mikes. I see him as Mike Carter, Mike B, and Miguel Martinez. He's posted a few 1 star negative comments trying to give the company a bad name. Seems to me that he has a bad attitude and is doing the company a favor by going elsewhere! Don't pay attention to his negativity/fake news!

Prices are probably the same as most other dealers ........ have some service work done here a couple of years ago and the added in and changed me for a bunch of things that I didn't need .... what started out to be about $150 worth of work quickly ballooned into about $450 ........ I thought it might have been just me but a friend of mine experienced a simular situation with them where as it should have cost he about $300 but because of all of the unessary work that they claim they had to do it cost him almost $1000 when all was said and done...... needless to say neither he or I will have any service work done there any time soon.

I have Purchased 8 new motorcycles and have had them serviced at shops for over 20 years. Precision Harley Davidson is by far the most professional, respectful and friendliest dealership I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. This is after buying 2 bikes there trading 1 and receiving a great trade in value, along with the best price on the new bike and accessories. Also I have to mention constantly getting the best service I have ever seen. Every time I go into the dealership they exceed my expectations. A special thanks to Tom who is one of the easiest sales people to work with I ever met, and he really knows bikes. Also in the Service Dept Samantha & Allen always greet you with a smile, always have a great attitude and are second to none in listening to your concerns and getting the job done. Every one there I have dealt with from the parts counter to clothing Section is down to earth and come across very sincere, different right? Especially compared to a lot of other HD dealerships.

Driving 2013 Dyna to Newport, RI when I had a mechanical problem. Late in the day on a Friday. Turned out to be an electrical problem after I stopped at Precision HD. They treat people traveling cross country like a local or a family member. Owner Richie gets involved and his daughter Samantha is on top of everything. Every person working there was excellent and so helpful. They did not finish until after closing time and but made no fuss at all about that. FANTASTIC SERVICE- THANK YOU PRECISION!!
