I rarely say anything negative about anyone, but dealing with this company is horrible. They told my son when he called them about purchasing a new car, that the car loan interest rate was 2 point something, but when he went to pick up the car, the sales person Louie told him the interest was almost 4 point when he should qualify for a conventional loan from a bank. Now my son is paying high interest to Honda Financial. Besides, that sales person recommended two very costly car insurances to my son which were late found not needed at all.
Lately, when we decided to pay off the high interest loan, the financial advisor of the company didn't send my son a detailed account information, instead, only two screenshots which show his car model and the total balance he owes. No other information such as payment history, any other fees! I wish they could conduct the business with some integrity and conscience , and treat every customer with respect and honesty, despite young or old. By the way, there is no way you make any complaint or talk to someone who can really help solve your concerns, in my opinion. Good luck to everyone with this Carter Honda!
