My experience with you guys was good until my premium goes from R650 to around R900 without informing me ( these occured for the last two months ), I was/still waiting for someone to contact me and explain the cause as this was not part of the agreement we had.
Bare in mind, I'm with this insurance for years and last year around June/July a got and offer from other insurance copany to beat them but i declined that due to my loyalty and the reg fees

I hope this will be resolved andi will lime to thank you in advance.
