Hands down the easiest refi experience ever. Ben was a delight to work with. He s easy-going, professional, well-spoken and definitely knows how to push through the process quickly and smoothly. I m still in shock at how easy it was from beginning to end. All paperwork was handled over the phone or email, and not once was I distracted at work. There were not numerous calls requesting tons of paperwork to be signed. Everything was organized, and I was told, up front, everything that was required by me to move along the process quickly to get the best rate.
