Ben made the entire refinance process the best experience I ve had among the 10 or so other times I ve gone through this. He was the most responsive, the most knowledgeable, and the fastest I have ever dealt with. The fees were reasonable and shockingly low. I say shockingly because I have worked with Quicken loans a number of times and apparently they were ripping me off. Thanks, Ben, for the great experience. Purchased a Condo last month and it was an awesome experience thanks to Ben.
He was so easy to reach out to, that I frequently ended up asking questions that were not even his domain (service recommendations/international laws), but he always returned with the information needed. Ben is incredibly knowledgeable in all things mortgage/ loan related, and he shares all that with great patience and without being condescending.
For each concern/question I had, Ben had detailed explanations or multiple options readily available. The best part is that Ben will happily communicate via Text !!! There is no call my office or come see me , I even used emojis ! Life is fast and sometimes you just want a quick text ! Also, I have to appreciate the Total Transparency !! I was always able to question any item on any of the documents (Fees, percentages etc) and have a satisfactory explanation/understanding soon after my chat with Ben

Hands down the easiest refi experience ever. Ben was a delight to work with. He s easy-going, professional, well-spoken and definitely knows how to push through the process quickly and smoothly. I m still in shock at how easy it was from beginning to end. All paperwork was handled over the phone or email, and not once was I distracted at work. There were not numerous calls requesting tons of paperwork to be signed.
