Very disappointing, interested in keeping your cash than helping the client. A typical insurance company, very rich because they wont pay out when you need it. Reception staff lovley.

Paid years of premiums with no claims charging a $90 cancellation fee with no dialogue is just theft .

Hard to deal with especially when trying to cancel a policy. Would highly recommend looking at companies that are easier to deal with.

I have been paying these guys premiums for over 10 years. given the bad press around the integrity of insurance companies of late thought it prudent to review my life insurance. I advise them under the disclosure clause of a relatively new medical condition (minor) and asked them to confirm that this would not prohibit them paying out in the event of my death. Despite numerous email asking for the courtesy of a response to the initial query of the 11th of February, they have not had the decentsy to reply!

Poor ethics regarding charging well in excess of a policy's worth to an elderly woman, alongside a refusal to refund. Disappointing
