It was a tough weekend for the hotel with their servers down and being unable to give room keys or book spa visits. The staff handled it with grace, but management needs a backup plan to avoid restless and unsatisfied guests. We couldn't get a spa appointment at all, despite putting ourselves on a paper list on Friday!
