Came here for my honeymoon. The staff was incredibly courteous, upon check-in, we were given an upgrade to a tower suite and complimentary drink tickets. The building is gorgeous inside and out. The views from the veranda are awe-inspiring. One of their restaurants, Stickney's, is absolutely incredible, every morsel was delectable.

You pay a 5 star price, but it's completely worth it.
