The service if it can be call service, that this company provides is just horrible. Long story short, I had an underground leak by the water meter, caused by their pipeline lifting a bit from the ground. The leak was on my side of the meter. My bill is usually $70 usd, last bill came for $215 usd. I called they say to get it fix by a plummer, take pictures etc, and fill out the form for a "partial" credit of the bill. I did everything just as I was told. I paid the plumer $350 for the service. WASD then denied my request stating the plumer used the wrong piece, he used PBC instead of cooper-tale, but the thing is I was never told anything about the right piece, to them it might be common sense, but for the average paying customer, there are things we just do not know, if I was told about it from the beginning I would of have made sure it was done with the right piece. When you call their "customer service department" all they can tell you even the managers is oh pay to get it fix again and file a new request. Not even once has anyone say sorry we did not tell you about the right piece, or try to work with me by calling the plumer's company to see why they used the wrong piece, or offer to give me a small credit, anything, all they keep saying is oh, the plummer should of know. They have a bully mafia like mentally and model of business, because since they are the only water company, we as customers have no where else to go. Such a bad experience, they do not care about their customers period.
