Ben was great! I bought my first home through Empire Mortgage and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Not only was he able to beat all the other quotes, but he was also much more professional and courteous than the other mortgage providers I spoke with. He didn't attempt to pressure me into signing, he was completely transparent, polite, timely, and answered all the questions I had. Before I reached out to Ben I shopped around and I was disgusted by the shady sales tactics that exist in this industry. Empire is the exact opposite of that; the honesty and willingness to work at my pace was deeply appreciated. Thanks, Ben!
