The worst experience in customer service!
Carlos sheppard the quick lane advisor said he was the manager and wasn t going to help me with the refund after they overcharged me for the oil change and tire rotation. The package was $45 and I was charged $61.41. The cashier Liz said she didn t close out the ticket to have them adjust it for the refund and Carlos said NO! I told him you just want to take my money and he replied well yeah, and next time just come back and ask for the works. There won t be a next time and i used to go there and in the system it shows the same service I always go for and Hector Mendez was the one that first greeted me and ask if i was a regular and I said yes. Ask him for the same service as usual the oil change and filtro with tire rotation. They decided to charge everything separate instead of giving me the package of the works! Tropical Ford is the worst at customer service!!! Taking my business elsewhere. I even was thinking about buying another vehicle from there but not anymore taking it to another dealership!!
