Called E.L.K. to set up an appointment to get an estimate on replacing my boiler with a forced air and adding a central air unit. Had to call all day long as apparently they don't have someone answering their phones. Finally got through and scheduled an appointment for Friday night so I hurried out to my new home to make sure I was there in time. Hours later, when E.L.K. still hadn't shown up, I called the cell phone of the guy who was supposed to meet me and left a voice mail. It was never returned. So, no call and no show for the appointment. Would strongly recommend against using them. If they can't keep an appointment, don't trust them with your home
