Came for a wedding, great acoustics for a live band, multirooms accessed through stairs (not great for those with mobility issues). Parking on the street for a 3-hr maximum.

Really nice place to watch a concert or performance. Very welcoming and a warm atmosphere.
A great location for Horror-rama convention. Perfect space
Lovely spot! Beautiful nature
light pours in this big open space during the day.
918 Bathurst is a fabulous creative hub located in the heart of downtown, in a converted A-frame church building. The space has great acoustics, two art gallery spaces and community use space on the lower level of the building.
Came for a Sofar show. Lovely room, great for music.
Super cool space. Except that is a little warm in the summer months.
This is a great place. Chess. Math. And generative art hackathons.
Beautiful venue, worth the visit just to see the building design itself.
Acoustics seemed fair although there was a bit of technical issues with the performance. I'm hoping it was just for this show but that's why I've reduced to 4 stars.
Very cozy concert space with very nice acoustics for percussion music.
Beautifully unique space and the sound was really nice for a room shape I expected sonic issues with
It was fun to be there.. awesome people. Lively shows.. happy to be a part.
Great place for art events with very private and personal feeling attached to it. We absolutely love attending events there.
918 Bathurst is a hidden gem of a location for events of any kind. As an event planner with over 30 years experience, I was struck with the beauty of the vaulted ceilings and the lovely hardwood floor. If you are planning an event and need easy access to TTC, I would strongly recommend 918 Bathurst.
Great experience knowing that there are lots of entrepreneurs in Toronto struggling to be a successful entrepreneur . Must visit for business students
Love the energy at this location. Checked out a fantastic Concert hosted by Caliban Arts Theater. Can't wait to be back.
This is really a 4.5 or of 5 but again, no half star option.
Attended a 3 day festival here and had a chance to really take in three space and all it offered.
I'll start with the pristine nature this venue is kept in on all levels, including the bathrooms, even though this is an older event space.
Johnathan and Joe (venue staff) were friendly, knowledgable, attentive, efficient and accommodating in their dealings.
The space itself is pretty unique as it used to be a church and the ceilings are the old school, wood triangle so sounds travels well. It can be a drawback if there's music with heavy bass but they do a good job of monitoring that closely.
The half star deduction is based on the fact that accessibility is painfully missing. There are quite a few steps patrons have to climb, both inside and outside, in order to enter the Great Hall.
If air circulation was totally within their control, that would be another point raised as the Great Hall can get a little hot with larger numbers but when that is addressed through air conditioning, the foyer is now frigid.
Once those issues are addressed this would get 5 stars.
Amazing multi funcional space. The main hall has a stage and a high 45 angle ceiling. Great venue for concerts and art exhibits.
The centre for culture stands out from the lineup of commercial and residential constructs on Bathurst St. Looks like a modern European architectural piece, with light and spacious interior. Close to tram, subway, and bus stops.
It has clean but slightly old toilets, spacious hall for events, and friendly staff.
Needs wheelchair access to front entrance and 2nd level.
A beautiful place, but I was very hot that day, as there was no cool air inside. I went there for an event, so I enjoyed my self
