Attended a conference there. Buffet food served at conference was mediocre. Restaurant food was good but pricey but that is expected. Giving it 4 because location, history, and scenery not because of great quality across the board for food and service. Helpful for dietary needs but some limited options. Long lines at buffets with no assistance from staff to second buffet line. Staff at front desk fair. Bell hops and valet staff great. Limited hours for spa cost you a sale of products and services. When you have over 200 people at a conference for 3 nights and 2 days, why would you limit hours of your services?
Might go back in future but will consider other resorts in region first
