I went to this dealership due the fact they had the 2015 nissan altima SL in stock that I was looking for. When I got there, there was barely any parking and I had to squeeze my car in to get parked. They were very busy.

I was met by Melissa who I had an appointment with and she handed me off to Miguel who would help me the rest of the way. They had the car ready for me and we went for a test drive. Miguel was very knowledgeable and worked with me along with a few managers to get the price I was looking for and I left that night with the car.

However, the reason this is not a 5 star experience is that this is the first car I have bought where I left the lot with the gas light on after buying it... I was actually shocked and had to find the nearest gas station (I didn't know the area) and fill up. I had just assumed that when they said they were getting the car ready while we were doing the paperwork, that they were also filling the gas up. I guess I will need to be more specific and check on that next time. Overall though, a good experience.

Update (12/1): I have tried multiple times to contact the dealership as my loan on my trade in has not been paid off yet. They will not return my calls and I have called three times. I am used to dealerships paying off the loans instantly... so far this dealership seems to not have much interest in taking care of the customer after they sell the car. Pretty disappointing really. I wonder if I will get a call now that I have updated this review?
