Horrible customer service at this Honda dealer; they don't care. Every time I bring my Honda in for a recall, they never fully fix it and leave it dirty. Oddly my passenger window doesn't work anymore after it needed an airbag servicing. The last time I brought it in for an recall issue, they wanted to charge me for they considered was an unrelated service, but it was related to the recall order. And worst of all, when I got my car back, they left my dash board with dirt all over it. The manager offered to wipe it clean for me. Wow! Big efforts to make it right! They also have quoted me $700+ for a job another auto shop did for $175 and they did it well. Pathetic service. Never go there.
