After being haggled by another car dealership that left me in a really tough situation, Ken really worked hard to get me calmed down, less frustrated and in a car with NO HASSLE. It's tough to find a car salesman who can be completely honest with all that is going on. Not only was Ken upfront and honest with me, Al was as well. Both, Ken and Al are a great team to deal with. If\when I decide to get out of this car, I know for sure that I will be going back to see Ken and Al. I should have made Concordville Nissan my first and only stop to begin with when looking for a car. I know this now for my future car shopping.
