My experience was i guess ok. I got a 2018 nissan altima one that i did not want i wanted a truck and i went to reedman toll and they were going to give me exactly what i wanted but i had to get my pther payments down so i wouldn't get a crappy deal. Well concordville said they could do it. And i went there against my moms better judgement and I expressed what i wanted was a 2016 nissan rogue. And on the phone the gentleman said we promise we can get you into that car. When i went he showed me a sentra and i have 2 big children my 4 year old looks like a 7 year old and my 11 year old looks like a 16 year old. So i asked why couldn't i what i wanted then they took my 15 nissan altima which i had problems with but i put lots of money into the car and fixed it and the car was great. But i needed something bigger and they told me this was the same size which it is not. My nissan altima 15 was cheaper than this one and had a better package my tires and everything was cover for 437 and now i have a 18 and i pay way more with less coverage on the car and my paperwork says i have what i had a 2.5 S and my 15 was a 2.5 S and i had special features like rims, sirius xm radio all for 437. And this car has absolutely nothing I and they said it a base model and I am paying so much more I wish I would have kept my nissan 15 because since i had it i have had to put work into it in less than 5 months the brakes went while i was driving, the car was making a weird sound, comes to find out my front passenger tire was loose and getting ready to fall off, the ceiling of the car is not secure it isn't long enough to cover the insides, the arm rest cover has never been secured down. There is no lock to have extra security on the truck like my 15 the jack falls when used, the caliber is used that one the brakes, the tires are horrible i had to replace them already I am paying more for less and i feel so stupid and i will never go back because this car is a lemon the company is great but I spoke with nissan actual nissan at the 800 number and they told me to call lemon law and also call consumer affairs and report the car because I should not have all those problems and defected parts and they should have given me the same type of car like i had fpr the price Im paying after she looked into everything. So this is my first report and my next is to where she told me to go to.
