Ben made the entire refinance process the best experience I ve had among the 10 or so other times I ve gone through this. He was the most responsive, the most knowledgeable, and the fastest I have ever dealt with. The fees were reasonable and shockingly low. I say shockingly because I have worked with Quicken loans a number of times and apparently they were ripping me off. Thanks, Ben, for the great experience. I m now paying $200 less per month than I would have been had I not chosen to work with you.
