Right after Comcast this is probably to worst place to call... the worst place to get any issue resolved -thankfully with Comcast you can just cancel - but unfortunately MDWS is the only ticket in town - so if you need to call them, I suggest you call when you have at least 1-3 hours to waste (yes, pun intended) recharge your earbuds, order lunch, and resume activity.. until you are finally able to speak to someone --- then he/she will put you on hold at least another three times so add another hour at least...
