I was on a road trip with my kids and had car trouble 13 hours away from home.Carter Honda went above and beyond to help my husband and I over the phone to get a new vehicle in place so that my kids and I could get back on the road and continue with our trip. Not only did Alan and Sabrina treat me with respect, they were truly empathetic to my situation and did everything they could to make me feel secure about my purchase. They were fair and not once did I feel like they took advantage of my situation, which very easily could have happened. To top everything off, Barry took the time to help me figure out the ferry schedule to Victoria and gave us advice about our time there. I am very thankful for the excellent service and treatment we received while we were there.
