Worst service imaginable. Check in took over one hour without any consideration for our time and then the one bell boy whos an old man was rude after following up after one hour after check in about taking our stuff to the room and wr ended up dragging our many bags on our own and no one from hotel staff bothered to help after seeing us like this. They should learn from dubai. 3 star hotels have better service more class and better cleanliness than this pathetic expensive melia hotel. Also food qas horrible and the best thing to eat was mangoes and they wete constantly out of kt at breakfast bars and restos.
