Made a claim for an item in my home that stopped working no one has since contacted me I am utterly disgusted at the lack of communication as well as the fact that I was told I would be contacted and emailed non of which has happened and iv had to follow up only leading me to more frustration. When I asked to be emailed with my policy terms and conditions which was supposed to be sent to me when I opened the policy I was promised that with in 2 to 24 hours I would have it I still don t.
Am I paying salaries or paying to have cover over my house hold items.
