Instead of claiing the front desk you are directed to a call center to handle all of the details. On my first call the person I was talking to continually tried to get me to start Hilton Honors and sell me different rooms and packages. The second time I called I got all of my details squared away but the person I was talking to didn't actually input anything and didn't actually save my reservation because I had to call a third time to get a confirmation email when I was told that my reservation and details simply didn't exist. When I actually made the reservation I was told I would be able to pay night to night due to me not knowing exactly how long I would be staying in Denver, but when I attempted to extend my stay the next morning I was told the hotel was fully booked and I couldn't renew my room for another night. So now after paying over $200 for a room I was told was 155 I now have to leave and find another hotel. Terrible experience with so much hassle and I won't be back.
