AVOID slow, unresponsive & rude. The clearly quoted: "anything that lands on our desks doesn't get looked at for 7-10 days"...They received search results a month before they actioned the points raised. I hadn't instructed them, it was the party 3 below us in the chain. Held up the whole process and caused huge frustrations with all other parties involved. Disgraceful service levels. To quote our estate agent: "absolutely shocking, I haven't dealt with a solicitor this bad for ages".
This is not a fake review, I made it clear I did not instruct RMNJ, I only posted my experience of their service.
