LIE OF WHO ANSWERED BECAUSE IT IS MORE THAN A WEEK THAT SEND A LETTER VIA EMAIL TO THEIR STAFF AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER IT IS SEEN THAT THEY WISH TO KNOW WHAT THE SITUATION WAS (and I know they received it because they called me to say they received it)

They helped my family out like no other place could!

The talk to buy fantastic house very well explained I liked it very much they answered all my doubts and I learned a lot

The place lends itself to many services for the community, they also have the Dominican cosulate, a very good place, also it has an educational project.

Very helpful place but they never answer the phone.

they help with alot of things here. Food and clothes and job list.

They are very courteous people and concerned about their affairs

It is my house we give you services for the whole community and if we can not help you, we will direct you so that some agency can help you. It is an agency without end of lights.

They are really nice went there three years ago for mortgage assistance they were so nice to me and because of them I'm still in my home needs to be more people like them the world would be a better place

In my humble opinion, it is the governmental place with the best services. There they have (Hispanic) staff with the best positive attitude for customer service. They are very professional and no matter the need you have, leave there with a smile of satisfaction.

Talk about an organization that cares for the community....

They are aware of what is going on with that employee and they do nothing. How can you help a person who has problems when the first problem is in the facilities.

They have help for victims of gender violence the place is easy to find and the staff is very friendly and well trained

I've been trying to get rental assistance for over a week now. Had an appt with Ms. Reyes. Gave her whatever paperwork she needed. I still haven't been helped. I'm in jeopardy of loosing my place and the "check" they had for me never been issued. The phones are never answered, mailbox is full so I can't leave an message. It's just a bad situation all-around. Smh

THIS CENTER IS IN PHIDELPHIA AND I VISIT IT TO MAKE CONSULAR PROCEDURES OF THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC SUCH AS CEDULA PERMITS POWERS ACTS OF BIRTHS AMONG OTHERS AND CERVICE IS PROVIDED THE SAME DAY ..

They dont deserve not one Star, if its run by Puerto Rican, they never give good service, I speak with experience, I live in Puerto Rico i know what i am talking about.

Horrible, I keep calling and calling. It goes straight to voicemail. They don't know what day and time the workshop are. One said second Tuesday of the month other said Tuesday last week of month, which one is it. They are literally are unprofessional.

The services are very good, you have help for pregnant women and family, and other services

They are great in helping people that want to educate getting GED classes and also in other areas like finding a job.

This place really touched me as I was able to see all the stories that involved this beautiful place.

Everytime I had went in there, they gave me excuses.

The program is supposed to help mothers with children with CNA classes. But you have to basically not work at all for to do the program. And guaranteed child care for you to do it. Not very helpful for those who are in dire need of services.
