Had a great time here this past weekend! We spent 2 nights and 3 days here. We sat out by the pool floor pretty much the duration of your stay. There were times were it was a bit crowded and hard to find seating that still left you physically distancing from others. We tried to arrive early and got pretty good spots each day. The room was sanitized but not super clean if that makes sense. I trusted that all touch spots were cleaned but when we drew back the curtains we found cobwebs. It s the desert so that stuff needs to be cleaned every time or it ll get out of control fast. We live here in Tucson so it s not a huge deal. The bed was beautiful but so firm. We slept well but not great. I suggest seeking the front desks help and seeing if they can find you a room with a plusher bed if that s even possible. Even with all this feedback. I ll be back as soon as possible. The staff was amazing, pool service was great, food was delicious and drinks were refreshing. The tub in the room is something to see as well. The pictures don t do it justice.
