I have been coming here for many years with no pro...

I have been coming here for many years with no problems .This time we visited the hotel for something to eat and went to Stickneys steak & chop pub . The last time we were here my wife had bitten into a large piece of plastic that had been in her cheese burger ,and the waiter dropped a full glass of ice tea all over the table and us. Well this time the food came out cold after waiting at least 40min . When this male server gave us our food he dropped it said nothing and walked off . Never checked if everything was ok . I tried looking for our waiter with no luck .I had to ask a different waiter for drink refills and the meal was not what we ordered. I finally asked for a manager and 25 min later she showed up and said they had just requested for her five minutes ago. Well I explained the mess of a anniversary dinner we had just had and she offered us the corrected meal and desert . I declined any of the offers paid and said you will not be returnng here ever again .. The quality of professionalism and attention to detail is gone . Real disappointed.
