The front desk staff was nice. The bathroom in our suite was clean but, the rest of the suite needed to be cleaned/ vacuumed. I mentioned to the hotel about the food on the kitchen floor ( from a previous guest), which was a full Oreo cookie and I mentioned the curtain in the bedroom which was hanging from one hook and the living room TV which had "no signal". I didn't mention about the food under the sofa or the food on the bedroom floor - Goldfish crackers, I wanted to see what the hotel would do. All the food on the floor and rugs we're from a previous guest. The hotel fixed/hung the bedroom curtain and removed the food from only the kitchen floor. Not what I was expecting from a Hilton/Homewood Suites. The TV in the living room didn't work during our stay. My son and I left this hotel early and went to a different Hilton hotel which was clean.
