Unefficient at it's best. I still haven't been issued my refund. Was told the cheque was sent on 1s tNovemeber and nothing has arrived and it 14th ot Nov. Advisor don't seem to know what's happening. Been chasing everyday and no one seem to bother resolving my issue and getting hold of the sales seems like impossible. Had been on hold for hour plus. Will never use this company ever again.
