Here you will find many products in wood materials, moldings, construction & paint, sanitary equipment, garden, tools & machines, etc.
Has most of what you need at reasonable prices. Located in the basement and is not as light and airy as e.g. Note build Tiller. Mostly very good customer service.

Great prices, particularly some of the sales articles. However, getting help in the lumber section is rather tedious, particularly since you have to get them to sign a paper in order to pay for your goods.

I bought a chain saw at the store on May 6th. After 2 hrs use the saw did not start any more. I changed sparh plug, but the saw was dead. I took thr saw to OBS to get it changed. The massage given war that I had to take the saw to the workshop on the other side of town. I was surprised which I expressed. I insisted that they sould take care of it because I relate to the shop where I bought the article. That was very difficult and I asked if they could give me the money back so I could by another one somewhere else. Impossible. They wre goning to send the saw to the workshop because they had to decide whether I would get a new saw or not. It would takr 14 days they told me. Very bad service and I would never recommend this store to anybody. Arne H Sagmo - a very dissapointed customer.
Disappointing customer care. Was visiting recently when I was planning to buy materials for building outdoor sofa / outdoor bench. I had all my goals and inspirational pictures in the hope that the staff could help me choose the right materials and solutions. Experienced the staff who would help me as a little help. I asked how much I needed, something I couldn't answer. I also asked about the thickness and width of the plank, as well as what they recommended of impregnated / untreated materials without getting a good answer. The person seemed uninterested and rather looked at the cellphone.
As I had selected the materials myself, and said that I could only try with a few meters (could not afford how much I needed), he said that I should pick up a trolley outside the store, then he should prepare the materials and cut them up. When I return with the trolley, he is no longer present. I go looking for him in the area where all the wood materials are, as well as standing and waiting for 10 minutes in the place where we had previously talked, but he was not to find and did not show up.
I ended up leaving the store without any of my materials. I think it is incredibly poor customer care and frustrating to be met that way, when one expects to be met with knowledge and professional help. I'm going to shop at other building products retailers from now on, hoping for better customer care!

This place really should have learned customer care. Was so little service minded that it almost became comical. If you have the opportunity to shop elsewhere, you should.
Very good customer service and better selection than most other building products in town. Best service I have met so far. Have been looking for parts for a drill for a long time and at this store they spent a good deal of time looking through the drill part codes and ordered the parts for me. No other place has bothered to try one time. Has also received good and knowledgeable service when purchasing tools and goods. No questions are too banal. These employees also have good tips and tricks on the nap, which shows that they have knowledge and commitment.
Some special offers that are worth turning on. They carry most of most of the products for us amateurs. The people on the paint do a nice job.
