While this hotel is beautiful itself and in a beautiful setting, the hotel management seems to rely on this in lieu of providing good service or good value. Personally, I feel that charging $6 for a bottle of water in a $1000/night suite is insulting, not to mention the lukewarm water in the shower, and the severely understaffed guest services and accounts receivables departments. The room, however, was beautiful and so were the rooms of the few of our wedding guests who could afford to stay there. We will continue to make this hotel a stop on our summer sightseeing trips for lunch or a snack as the views from this hotel are breathtaking, but we will probably not stay there again.
