Either you will be kicked out of the line after waiting 20 minutes or you will not be able to reach any of them in the minimal time slots ... for a long time nothing comes via email. And that after all the settings had simply disappeared from one day to the next. Have had several such bugs lately. I then heard about it from an MA. Am disappointed.
