Got door at 3pm its now 7pm still not loaded and its only one dock for shipping. Is this place makes pallets as they load or what.

Super slow when loading freight, no access to washroom for drivers either. Additionally, no on site overnight parking for folks. You have to check in and back from street through a gate, it can be tricky with car traffic. Try to avoid this place if you can.

Takes 3+ hours to get unloaded. Came at 8:15 out 11:30 No parking. No restrooms. FCFS

Company employees are very rude. Must be an acceptable culture of the company values and leadership. You'll get attitude from the receptionist to traffic. I will never knowingly buy from this company.

Appointment was at 3pm checked in at 12 something, had a problem with the receipt I brought, they wanted a paper receipt for the trailer wash out with my company name and all that stuff. Got loaded around 10pm, no bathrooms there, some parking on the street. P.S. there are 2 black guys scamming people in that area, selling laptops and other stuff.

Some of the manager that works here is so unprofessional it's unreal. They dont care about their employees. for what they pay you they think they can talk to you like a child. Not to mention there's numerous amount of health code violations here. People sweating into the candy & cookie dough. An so on. I don't recommend to anyone to work for this company. if I could give them negative Stars I would!

This isn't my first time here and for the most part, its been just alright. I've never gotten loaded here in under 3 hours yet, was hoping that with the addition to the new docks, that would change. Nope. And on top of that, after being here for the above mentioned 3+ hours, we are not allowed to use the restroom. And using the coronavirus as an excuse is just absurd.

Amazing place. Very clean, professional, very busy people that work there, i know someone well that works there also.

The area always smells good. Great place to work as well, good people.

I give them 5 star because they are nicely people my appointment was 14:00 pm but they are loaded me before my appointment thank for hardworking

Truck Drivers Brothers don't come to this place! Shipper is Dumb ! They have only 1 Dock for 10 Trucks ! Product never be ready on time !

For the truckers. There is absolutely no overnight parking in this facility. You have to wait outside of premises, on the street and wait. They only use one dock at a time for shipping and receiving, so you will have to wait a while. The docking section is a bit awkward. One docking section is at the base of a hill, the other is at the eastern part of the building . Plus, at the moment there is construction not too far off from that gate. The "guard" seemed friendly, but not enthusiastic. The second guard was friendly and informative. Got loaded fairly quick, and the lumper was friendly. Not the worst place to acquire a load.

If you end up working here then good luck to you, this place is just a waist of time. I worked here for 5 months and it s useless and unprofessional . This place is always hiring because people never last here. This place is worthless and usless . If I could I would of gave it 0 starts but you can t

If you want to lose a lot of time , go for it . Better avoid

i work at Pecan through Keystaff staffing located in Carrollton. i have to say its very unprofessional. keystaff employees dont get a id badge so you have to wait for security to let you in as well as the fact you cant clock in and out my first check was short after i verified my hours with my recruiter. As for Pecan its a joke you get 2 10min breaks and a 30 min lunch.. the warehouse is extremely HOT people falling out and having asthma attacks due to the heat!! nobody works there so they expect you to do 2 and 3 different jobs when your not even making 10.00 an hour. I would not recommend this place to anybody!!!

Pick up here at your own peril. You will wait for hours and there stuff are not trained at all. No PR

2 docks that you block the road with backing into. Did I mention the blind hill 200 feet from the driveway you'll be having into. But otherwise I was loaded rapidly. In and out in half an hour. It also smells good at this location.

Cheched in @ 11:39am for a 12 pm app. It's 10:45 pm and still waiting. I thought Kroger at avondale Arizona was bad

Sent a truck in to get loaded. After 11pm, he was still there waiting to load. Driver talked to a few others and it seems that is the norm for this location. They have only two docks used both for shipping and receiving. FCFS dosen't apply. The staff wouldn't give the driver an estimate as to when the shipment would be ready. Don't haul their freight.

I wouldn t give them one star checked in afternoon and it s almost 24 hours still not got the door it s fcfs they are so slow to load

Unprofessional supervisors. Poor management. They need managers who care about the company and employees

This facility is decent for pickups. Pick -up usually takes around 2-3 hours. Very friendly staff. Street parking available while you wait for their call for a dock. The reason, I am giving only 3 stars because of not restrooms for drivers at this facility. I understand due to covid you might not allow drivers to use your facility, but then atleast be considerate enough to have a port-a-potty for drivers to use.

Very slow on loading.more than 3 hrs after putting on door and if you are wating for doors with trucks ahead ,its going to be long hours.problem looks with load not ready because loader was loading with long intervals.and they load one truck at a time.not on both doors simultaneously.in 6 hrs they can not load couple of trucks..they expand their bussiness but not increased loaders for shipping.5 hrs on door

Made a phone call to this company receptionist was extremely rude along with another staff member with high authority backing up how rude and unprofessional they are!!! Awful service and vibe from these people

Hands down the absolute worst shipper i have ever been to wasted all of the hours on my elog waiting for a dock (over 8 hours) then got me in a dock and still took hours more to load. This place is a joke and they should go out of business.. have 0 respect for the drivers.

Bathrooms inside and very nice people in the guard shack. A wait to get loaded, but I know that ahead of time so I just relax til they call.

Driver's avoid this palce over 12 hours to load . Waiting on streets no washroom.. app 1pm got door at 9 pm loaded at 1 am..

I've been here several times for pickups. YOU MUST HAVE A WASHOUT RECEIPT. Don't matter if your trailer is brand new and has never had a load. You might as well leave if you don't have one - and not from 2 weeks ago. Seriously - don't argue with the guy at the gate - it's not his call.

Parking is on the street. Just ignore the no parking signs.

Your loading time (once in a dock) will take about 3 hrs. There are 2 loading docks. They stop loading at 2300. First come, First served.

Not the worst place to pick up.

Pretty slow getting loaded. Arrived @ 11:30 didn't get put in a door until 3:15. 4 trucks were ahead of me and they only have 2 doors they load out of that I could see. Cleared the dock @ 4:30. There is also no parking on site you wait out in the street.

Horrific service! How are they even in business????

Showed up super early and was on the street and they fit me in hours before my apointment, t.getting into the door took a min as they aren't in the best spot but other then that no issues here
