Good friendly service.. awesome ice creams and quick service when they aren't busy

Baskin-Robbins is always a very nice and friendly place to go to and the new remodel is just awesome

They have not planned very well & have run out of all flavors I wanted. Tables all have dried ice cream. Very dirty place to eat. Not impressed.

It's been a while since we've been in this one, but it's always good and I love to experiment with their new flavors. Unfortunately, lactose intolerance makes it imperative that I limit my visits, but it makes me look forward to them all the more.

Fast friendly service, need to refill the napkins though, but had a good time!

I love it because they have all sorts of flavors,even flavors I haven't had since I was a kid.

It's cheaper than most places. Not a lot of seating but the service is always pretty fast and friendly.

Terrible, don't get me wrong. The place is good but the people eating their are terrible.

Staff was very friendly and service was quick. However the outdoor seating was extremely dirty and smelly. We ended up eating in the parking lot because our ice cream was melting but we couldn t handle the smell

For me this place is like heaven. I love ice cream and the best place for ice cream cravings. The variety in flavor they offer is, well we don't have enough time to get into that. And if you're not sure what flavor you'd like to order. They will give you a sample to help you make up your mind.

If you ever need a custom
ice cream cake this is the place to come, (take a pic with you to show exactly what you want ) I always get all cakes here, the ladies are so nice and patient best customer service! And they are not that expensive and so delicious! The ice cream it s really good too. It s always a little bit crowded so go in with time. 10/10

Go on the 31st in any month with 31 days to try out the flavors for $1.70 per scoop on a cone or in a cup, all flavors.

Clean building. Tasty ice cream. Unorganized staff. The issue this night was no dedicated cashier. 3 employees taking orders from over 15 people. Then trying to get them all cashed out at the same time. Needless unnecessary wait. Massive confussion all around.

This place is amazing the customer services is top notch , they have every flavor I could even ask for! Plus they now have a drive thru so that's an A+ from me.

This is my favorite spot for ice cream when I'm in the LQ area. Staff is always kind and ice cream is always delicious.

I'm giving this 1 star. Every time my husband goes on a ice cream run, from Coachella to La Quinta they always do this. I can go down the street to get Thrifty ice cream, pay less for it to be full. But growing up its like traditional, Baskin Robbins. Also when my husband asks for hot fudge they always give him a hard time, and we don't mind paying for it. But, it's getting annoying I'm just throwing money and not getting it filled. Don't get the Hand Pack ice cream, they always do this!!!!

Haven't had Baskin-Robbins in years! Don't know why it pops up on my phone all the time. Ice Cream is Ice Cream to me.
