Review of Omni Mount Washington Resort

Upon coming in to our room, we found a dirty cloth...

Upon coming in to our room, we found a dirty cloth on one of the chairs and used table napkins on the drawer. Informed the front desk once we headed for dinner, was told that they will take care of this right away but that did not happen. It was there the whole weekend. We decided to put the dirty cloth out of the way and just placed our clothes on the chair. We made a decision to not to use our time and energy making a big deal out of it but it was a disappointment. Cleanliness is the most important factor for a good hotel in my opinion. The hotel itself is lovely and staff was friendly but I doubt we will go back and spend our money on a hotel room that is not thoroughly cleaned.
