The hostess and wait staff are inadequate, we wait...

The hostess and wait staff are inadequate, we waited over an hour to sit down and we were originally asked to wait in a closed section inside only to be told that we needed to sit there if we wanted to order by the time orders closed. The wait staff was overheard multiple times skipping us and so we mentioned to them that we've been waiting quite awhile to only be told that they couldn't combine the many tables they turned over due to management which is not the way to run a restaurant and therefore explains the other similar negative reviews. Even after sitting down, service was very slow and inattentive. We'll see if this place gets our business again... P. S. - took over two hours to sit down and get our food. Completely unacceptable!
