My husband and were greeted by a very friendly staff at Concordville Nissan & Subaru. They were very professional and not pushy at all. We told them what we were looking for and they ordered it for us right away. They found the exact car we were looking for - color, features, etc. The communication was excellent. We went back a few days later to pick it up and it was an easy process. Thad Toole and Chuck Marlin were extremely helpful and kind. Overall it was a great experience.
